- Make a line down the center of the length of the peice of plywood

- Make 2 lines down the width of the peice of plywood at the 32" marks

- The plywood should look like so

- Cut the plywood sheet in half along the mark down the length.

- You should have 2 peices like so

- Cut the plywood sheet along the marks down the width. You should now have 9 pieces like so

- Take the 2 end peices and cut them so that they are 24x24

- You should now have 8 peices that look like this

- Cut the 2x4 into peices as shown. You should have 4 peices 32", 4 peices 21", and 4 peices 17"

- Lay out two of the 32" peices and two of the 17" peices as shown.

- Lay a peice of 24"x32" plywood over the frame.

- Line up the boards to match the corner.

- Attach screws at each board at the corner.

- Continue to attach screws around the perimeter.

- Repeat this process and make another side.
- Set the 2 completed sides up in the air. Line up another 24"x24" peice on the side. Attach screws to each corner.

- Place two of the 21" long peices of 2x4 along the top and bottom. Attach screws around the perimeter.

- Repeat the process for the other side of the box.

- Lay a 32x24 to the top (this is actually the bottom of the container). Attached a screw in one corner.

- Adjust the box to make sure its square.

- Having a helper to hand you screws makes the job go much faster.

- Sometimes an additional hand is necessary to make sure the screws go in straight.

- Inspect to make sure all screws are in tight.

- Turn the box over. Its finished. You can use the other peice of 32"x24" plywood as a lid.

- Here is what the pumphouse looks like with a Sequence 1000 (5800gph installed).
